Training

Steens Group cooperates closely with the local community in offering training for young people and others who have not been closely linked with the labour market for a period of time. 

We optain good results and many of our trainees end up working on a normal basis in the company. It is important to Steens Group to have a well-trained and committed staff. Therefore, the company participates actively in training joiners, CNC-operators and similar trainings. 

We have both young and grown up trainees who, in cooperation with The Technical School of Skive, are trained at our top modern furniture factory. If you are considering training for a joiner, CNC-operator or any other training within the furniture industry we would very much like to hear from you.
